Medicare Eligibility

If you or your spouse are turning 65 or going on Medicare disability, please contact the Fund office.  If you choose to remain with our Plan as a Medicare-eligible member, we will need a copy of your Medicare card. 

You must have enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B.  You do not need to enroll in Medicare Part D since you will have prescription coverage with the Medicare coverage provided by our Plan.
